Sufi philosophy teaches us that freedom is not about escaping external circumstances, but letting go of the trappings of attachments and fears of our mind. Walking the path of freedom and love is to shatter these rational, fear-based boundaries and find the ultimate lightness of being.

This retreat invites us to ‘turn off the noise’ of our digital cage and to reconnect with our true essence. By anchoring the mind to the breath and the present through Dances of Universal Peace and Sufi Practices, we give ourselves the gift of inner peace and freedom to be exactly what we are at our source.
